WearEver Healthy Cooker - Green
It’s a 12 inch sauté or frying pan with a twist: there’s a reservoir in the bottom and a slightly domed metal disc sits in the pan, food is cooked on the disc, greasy food will then drain - or - you can use water to steam food on the disc. The removable handle fits into the disc so it can be easily lifted out for cleaning, and the disc has a non stick coating, same as the inside of the pan. Comes with a glass lid, disc handle and disc, and instructions with a few recipes. Handle is oven safe to 350 degrees. Capacity is 3 quarts. It’s nicely made, fairly heavy aluminum, a unique specialty pan. Outside is green.
