Steak knife or all purpose utility knife.
High carbon stainless steel blade, serrated from the tip back about 2", full tang extends to end of hardwood handle in a groove fastened with three solid brass rivets. Blade is 4-5/8" long, overall knife length is 8-3/4". A good quality knife considering the reasonable price.
Probably not dishwasher safe - because of the wood handle - which is treated hardwood. Best to hand wash and dry.
