Spreading knife
Works very well for spreading mayonnaise, mustard, etc. Quality is good. Polished stainless steel blade is 4" long and ¾” wide (for spreading), serrated blade is sharp for cutting. Hardwood handle is 3/4" wide - the knife is 8" long. Great for making sandwiches.
