Hollow ground stainless steel blade extends through Rezzawood handle in this paring knife. Made in Japan. Blade is about 3-1/8", knife is 7-1/8" long. Nice looking knife, but unfortunately they were bulk packed (only the blade has a cover on it), so the handles have some tiny scratches from rubbing together. Not a big problem, but they aren’t perfect.
