Chef instant read thermometer for meats.
Thin stainless steel dial thermometer for measuring cooking temperature of meats. Dial temperature range is 0 - 220 degrees F. Shaft length is 4-3/4". Diameter of dial is one inch. White plastic carrier has a pocket clip, and the thermometer fits snugly and won't fall out.
This is for quickly measuring the temperature – then you remove it – don’t leave it in the oven (the dial face is plastic.) Great for testing cooking temperature when barbecuing.
