This is a true foil broiler pan. Two pieces: 1) a slotted top that allows grease to drain;
which fits on 2) a tray that catches drips.
How much of time saver is this? No clean up.
Great for healthier cooking of meats and vegetables.
Patterned after the type of broiler pan you usually see made of enameled steel - except that this one is disposable / recyclable.
Quality is good, made in China by Broil-Rite. Fairly sturdy as foil pans go, should hold up well.
