This pan has with a “board lid”, which is heavy paper, white on one side (you can write on it), and aluminized on the other. To secure the lid, you crimp the lip around the lid. Please don't cook with the board lid, it's not heat proof.
This type of pan is widely used in the food service industry for quite a variety of take out dishes.
