Disposable aluminum foil display pan - use this for fancy pastries, chocolates, creme brulee, and so on. Also makes a nice little disposable utility dish for spices and seasonings. Yes you can cook in it - it's made of fairly sturdy aluminum foil.
As you can see in the photo, this pan is specially manufactured to have somewhat smooth walls. Not completely smooth, just smoother than most foil pans. Quality is good, made in USA.
Originally designed for industrial and scientific work, this foil pan is also useful for crafts, painting, candle making, etc.
