Discolored handle - yellowed - hard to see in the photo, it's really not very bad - won't affect performance, just looks off. A dollar cheaper than the perfect one.
Large 18/8 stainless steel blade with a good sized plastic handle. Pull it over a chunk of cheese to make slices. 8-1/2" long, 3-1/4" wide. #22566. Quality is good.
Could be called a cheese slicer or cheese plane, as well as a server.
