Cheese Knife
For the price, this is one of the best little cheese knives you'll find. It's a mini cleaver cheese knife for slicing cheese or mincing vegetables, spices, nuts, and so on...it's also called a chop knife. Works pretty good, fairly sturdy, it’s useful (not just cute) and the handle is pretty comfortable. Stainless steel blade is polished, moderately sharp, just under 3" long, knife is 7" long overall. Wood handle is 4" long. Made in China.
