Boning knife
High carbon stainless steel blade, easy to sharpen, full tang extends to end of hardwood handle in a groove fastened with three solid brass rivets. Blade is 4-3/4" long, overall knife length is 10". Handle is extra large. A good quality knife considering the reasonable price.
