In case you're wondering, Aebleskivers are a kind of ball-shaped pancake that apparently originated in Denmark. Sometimes spelled aebelskiver, or ebleskiver, or ebelskiver. They're usually cooked in a special pan that has half-sphere indents. Aebleskivers need to be turned over in cooking, and that's where these wood turners come in handy, just right for the job.
